Meet the Founder
Victoria Haydn is the proud founder of House of Founders, a networking community built exclusively for powerhouse women in business.
With over a decade spent behind the camera as the official photographer for Manchester City Football Club, Victoria captured history in the making by documenting iconic moments and shaping how millions saw one of the world’s biggest sports clubs. That experience taught her the power of visibility, storytelling and legacy.
Today, as a renowned Luxury Brand Photographer, Victoria works with leading female entrepreneurs to build iconic brands. But she noticed something along the way: many women were craving more than just beautiful images. They wanted a space to belong. A circle of women who understand the highs and lows of building something extraordinary.
That’s why she created House of Founders.
A home where ambitious women can step into a room and feel instantly at ease. Where they can connect, collaborate and grow without competition or pressure.
Victoria’s mission is simple: to give female founders a solid community and valuable content creation skills needed to build businesses that thrives.
