I’m Anna, founder of Your AJency, and I’m on a mission to help female founders stop being the best-kept secret in their industry.
Based in Manchester, I work with ambitious women across the UK and beyond who’ve built solid businesses on referrals but are ready to scale their visibility and reach through to those just starting out. You know you’re brilliant at what you do. The problem? You’re sitting on your best marketing asset…your story and results, and either not sharing it at all or sharing it in ways that don’t land.
I’ve left my career in retail (leading Flagships for Topshop and M&S) after becoming a mum, lived across three continents (India, the US, and Germany), and built communities from scratch in each place. That experience taught me the power of showing up, being visible, and connecting authentically. Now I bring that same energy and commercial mindset to helping female founders do the same in their businesses.
I’ve built a global community of over 4,000 female founders and created SEEN, a visibility membership where women get strategic prompts, accountability, and the tools to actually take action. My signature Visibility Ecosystem approach means you’re not putting all your eggs in one basket, we touch all your marketing touchpoints so you’re visible where it matters most. Plus work one-to-one with founders. I send out weekly pep talk emails that keep your motivation up while giving you practical steps to take because inspiration without action gets you nowhere.
What makes my approach different? I help you believe your story is inspiring and that you ARE the expert, then give you simple, actionable ways to show up consistently. And I’m a big believer in the power of in-person connection, which is why I hold events across Manchester, London and the Cotswolds, where women get the space and encouragement to take up room unapologetically.
