Hi, I’m Litsa, founder of Work With Litsa, and I help business owners who’ve built something successful, but can feel that this version of the business has reached its limit. I’m based in Greater Manchester and work with clients across the UK, supporting solo founders and small business owners who want things to feel more intentional, more profitable, and less chaotic.

Before I started my own business, I spent 20+ years in corporate leadership roles across fast-paced industries, working within  businesses including L’Oréal, THG and Tesco. I’ve led teams, managed big projects, and been the leader prioritising and making it all feel easier when everything feels urgent. That experience is a huge part of how I work now. I’m strategic, practical, and not afraid to get into the detail with my clients; always in a way that feels encouraging and doable.

Most of my clients come to me when they’ve got to the point where they know something needs to change to get to the version of their business they really want - but they're not sure how to start as it feels too big. They might be juggling too many ideas, unsure what to prioritise, feeling stretched by their current offers, or knowing they want to grow but without piling more onto their plate. My work helps you zoom out, spot what’s going on, and create a step by step plan that actually fits your business and your life. Whether that’s through high touch mentoring, one off strategy days or in person Group Strategy Away Days & Coworking days, you’ll leave with clearer decisions, a calmer head, and next steps you can actually take.
