I’m Claire Geddes, founder of CG Counselling & Coaching.

I work with women who are navigating complex, often draining relationships, particularly those shaped by having a narcissistic or emotionally immature mother. I believe that with the right support, it’s possible to find clarity in understanding what you have experienced and how it is impacting you in the present day.

Based in Wilmslow, I see clients in my home and online throughout the UK. My clients tend to be intelligent, thoughtful, and outwardly successful, yet privately feel overwhelmed, stuck, or depleted within their relationships. You may recognise how often you overextend yourself, struggle to set boundaries, or feel guilty when you begin to put your own needs first.

As I'm in my mid 50's, I have a lot of lived experience! I have been in the corporate world, had 3 children and been an expat for 18 years (following husband's job living in Czech Republic, Denmark, Switzerland, Russia and Canada) and as a Coach I worked with clients on confidence, careers, purpose and identity.

My approach is warm, curious, openminded and respectful of your individuality. I feel strongly that it is not too late to turn life around. If you have been impacted by a narcissistic parent or partner, I can help you heal so you can rebuild and make the most of your future.
