I'm Donna, and I exist to give busy people their time back. I believe that when the right support is in place, you stop surviving your to-do list and start running your business and your life the way you always intended.
I'm based in Preston, Lancashire, and work with clients nationally. The women I support tend to be self-employed founders and small business owners who are brilliant at what they do but constantly weighed down by the admin, the logistics and the little things that quietly eat the day. With over 30 years in administration and organisational support across education, healthcare and business, I bring calm, practical expertise to everything I take on. I handle business admin, diary and email management, document preparation and project coordination. A big part of my passion is also planning and managing events; from conferences and retreats to client days, covering everything from early logistics right through to on-the-day support, so you can actually be present for the experience you've worked hard to create.
One of the things my clients value most is my holiday cover service. When you're a solo founder, taking a break can feel impossible. I step in as a trusted point of contact, so your clients are looked after and your business keeps moving while you properly switch off.
I can also support with personal and lifestyle organisation, because the mental load doesn't stop at the office door. Appointments, tradespeople, gift sourcing and family occasions. If it's on your list and taking up headspace, it's something I can take off your hands!
I work quietly, efficiently and always with discretion. My clients don't always know exactly how they managed before me. They just know they're glad they don't have to anymore.
