I’m Gemma Easdon, an executive and performance coach, speaker and founder of Daring To Become™.

I believe some of the most capable women are not held back by a lack of ambition, experience or ability. They are held back by the hidden patterns that cause them to question their judgement, overthink their decisions and hesitate to fully own the next chapter of their leadership.

Based in Bramhall, Greater Manchester, I work with senior leaders and ambitious founders across the UK and internationally. Many of the women who come to me are already successful by every visible measure, yet privately they feel stuck, disconnected from themselves or unsure about what comes next.

My work helps them understand what is really happening beneath the surface. Together, we recognise the beliefs and patterns shaping how they lead, make decisions and respond to pressure. This gives them the clarity and self-trust to make meaningful changes in their work, businesses and lives.

My signature programme, Daring To Become™, brings this work together through psychology led coaching, honest conversation and practical support. I also work with women through private one to one coaching, one day events and leadership workshops.

My approach is shaped by more than 20 years of leadership, business and coaching experience, but also by my own life. I know what success feels like, but I also know what anxiety, doubt, failure and shame can feel like too. That lived experience allows me to create environments where women feel safe enough to be honest, challenged enough to see themselves clearly and supported enough to take action.

My mission is to help more women trust themselves, lead with conviction and become who they know they are capable of being. I want them to build careers, successful businesses and lives that feel as good on the inside as they look from the outside.
