Hi, I’m Amy Jones. I help high-performing professionals and business leaders prepare their minds for high-pressure moments.
My work sits at the intersection of Mental Fitness, Performance Visualisation and Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. It is designed for individuals who are already capable and successful, but recognise the impact that pressure, decision fatigue and a constantly active mind can have on their performance.

Using a structured, neuroscience informed approach, I help clients train their brain to spend more time in its calm, clear and focused state. This is where better thinking, confident decision making and effective leadership happen.
My work combines:
• Solution Focused Hypnotherapy to reduce stress patterns and support the brain’s natural ability to regulate
• Performance Visualisation to mentally prepare for high-stakes moments such as launches, presentations and leadership decisions
• Mental Fitness training to build resilience, clarity and sustained performance
Sessions are practical, forward focused and designed to create measurable change. Clients often report improved sleep, quieter thinking and a greater ability to handle pressure without becoming overwhelmed.
I work with clients in person from my private space Manchester M26 and online across the UK.
Alongside one to one work, I deliver workshops and talks on mental fitness, emotional regulation and performance under pressure for business communities and organisations.
