Hi, I’m Amy Jones, a clinical Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist. I help ambitious professionals feel calm, confident, and back in control of their minds.

I specialise in working with the subconscious mind, where real behavioural change happens. Consider me your brain whisperer, helping you shift patterns and build mental strength in a calm, structured way.

I work with clients in person from my private therapy space in north Manchester and online across the UK. My approach is practical and neuroscience informed. I support anxiety, overwhelm, stress, low confidence, and sleep issues by helping people understand how their brain works. When you understand the science, you stop fighting your thoughts and start building real mental resilience.

Many of my clients are high achievers. They are successful in business but struggling with pressure, overthinking, and poor sleep. Others are balancing demanding roles alongside caring responsibilities, family conflict, grief, or health anxiety. Whatever the challenge, we focus on clear, achievable progress.

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy combines positive psychotherapy, neuroscience, and relaxing hypnosis. It is grounded in evidence and works with the brain’s neuroplasticity to change patterns of thinking and behaviour. Sessions are forward focused, we don’t go digging up the past, we concentrate on practical solutions that create lasting change.

Alongside one to one therapy, I deliver group programmes and corporate wellbeing sessions that strengthen stress management, emotional regulation, and mental fitness. With many adults spending close to a third of their waking lives at work, psychological wellbeing is a business priority.

My approach is structured, forward focused, and grounded in evidence based practice. Clients leave sessions with practical tools they can apply immediately, whether they are navigating business pressures, personal stress, or everyday anxiety.
